Is ASMA a government agency? No. People frequently confuse ASMA with the Alaska State Medical Board, which is a state agency but has no affiliation with the Alaska State Medical Association.
Are all Alaska physicians members of ASMA? No, but all MDs, DOs and PAs licensed to practice in Alaska are eligible for membership.
Can you refer me to a physician? We're sorry, but we are not permitted to do referrals. However, ASMA members and subscribers can obtain a list of physicians by specialty or locale by clicking the "Medical Directory" link.
How can I advertise in ASMA's print and online publications? For information on advertising in ASMA's print publications, contact Cassie Jeanes. Currently, we do not offer online advertising, though we plan to do so in the near future.
